Welcome to Blooming Beauty Company. My name is Sophie. What you are about to see is the product of years of hard work, tons of coffee, and very little sleep. With my love for all things beauty and my passion for perfecting my skills, I knew that this was my calling from a young age. I’m proud to offer my brides the very best in the world of beauty and aesthetics along with a fun filled wedding morning spent getting glammed up and making memories to last a lifetime.
Meet Sophie
Growing up, hair and makeup was always a passion of mine. I feel lucky to have made it into a blossoming career. Sophie began doing makeup for homecoming and prom for all of the girls in high school including the schools in the surrounding area in her parents kitchen.
While attending college, one of her peers asked Sophie to do her wedding makeup at her venue. She loved making up brides on their most special day and fell in love with giving them the funnest experience.
Most of my bridal clients have been dreaming about their wedding since they were little girls. After years working in this industry, I know the importance of this special day, and I understand that each bride deserves to look and feel amazing. Every client I meet is beautiful, and my job is to make them feel that way.
She continued working for many other companies in Houston and growing as an artist. She saw the ins and outs of the other companies and new she could offer a better experience. After hearing the grievances of other brides on their wedding day about booking processes being too difficult, mistakes with services, unhappy clients and stressed out brides. A biz was born - Blooming Beauty Company!
I have dedicated my entire career to bringing out the inner beauty in all of my clients. Makeup is so much more to me — it’s a chance for people to step out of their everyday and into something wonderful.
